Healthy Minds Competition by Family Works – CONGRATULATIONS Year 7 pupils took part in a healthy minds competition run by Family Works. They had to write an amazing adventure using the Family Works characters. This morning Linda-Jayne Elliot from Family Works visited school to announce that one of our Year 7’s had won first prize! She received a £20 Smyths voucher, a teddy meerkat and a free groupwork session for all of our year 7 pupils. Linda-Jayne was very impressed with all of our enteries and asked for the children's permission for Family Works to publish and use their stories to help and encourage other children!
