Welcome to our website. We aim to serve our community by providing a high quality of education for all our pupils. At the very centre of all we do are the children in our care.
Our intention is that this website will give all who visit it a very clear impression of what our school aims to achieve. If, however, you would like to visit us to find out more please contact the school office to arrange an appointment.
On Monday 28th November a group of our Year 5 pupils were invited to Parliament Buildings to make a presentation to the Education Minister and other guests about our character education scheme. The pupils made a fantastic impression! Our pastoral care work and the high level of pupils' behaviour was showcased as a model of excellent practice. Our children got a big vote of confidence for all their work!
Our development of pupils' decision making skills and the celebration of their achievements in a very concrete way reinforces our ethos. 'Learning to Live' is our vision statement. Our school strives for high academic standards but we never compromise in nurturing our pupils' enjoyment of life.
Thank you for visiting our site.

Positive Value of the Month
In Whitehouse Primary School we want to provide our pupils with more than a list of rules to follow. As a school we want to work with our parents to support the children in our care to develop strong values and have a sound character. Therefore, we have agreed our value words. These are to be honest, forgiving, helpful, responsible, caring and respectful.
In December our focus trait is for all our pupils to be caring. In December each year we celebrate Christmas. It is a time to remember Jesus being born in Bethlehem. It is also a time to celebrate our family and friends. Christmas is all about caring for others. We exchange gifts to show we care but it is so much more. In December we are looking for pupils who care for others and show they are kind.
Internet Safety Hint:
