School Fair

PTA Summer Fete

Dear Parents/Carers,

Whitehouse Primary School P.T.A are organising the annual Summer Fete on Friday 7th June from 4:30-6:30pm. Entry is free and a range of stalls and activities will be set up around the school outdoor play areas (weather permitting!) for families to enjoy.

We would appreciate it if parents/carers could help by providing some items that we need. Any items provided should be sent to school with your child to be given to the class teacher. Items may be sent in until Monday 3^rd June.

1. Items for the tombola. We are looking for NEW OR UNOPENED: toiletries, gift sets, candles, home accessories, small toys, boxes of sweets/chocolates etc.
2. Traybakes and cakes/buns. (These must be shop bought and in packaging. Please check dates before sending items to school).

Ballots will be on sale during the fair for the chance to win a range of prizes.

Most importantly we really need your help to make this evening a success by attending the fair with your child/children, enjoying the event and supporting our school! All money raised at the fair will be used to develop our outdoor learning area.
