Year 4 had a really interesting visit from Julie, our school counsellor today. We learnt how our brain has an upstairs and downstairs and how important it is for them to work together. Julie explained 'Take 5 Breathing' and how it can be used as a strategy to help both parts of our brain work together when we 'flip our lid'. Ask our Year 4's to explain it to you.
